Hi. My name is Tony. I love to understand the world around me. Ever since I was a child, I’ve been fascinated by the way the world works. From the physical world to the human psyche, nothing is boring to me. You could say this is a deep rooted motivation given to me by my parents. After all, my father’s drive and my mother’s patience are at the heart of who I am. But, I have decided to focus this energy on learning about and solving for people. Throughout this website I hope to illustrate how my desire to understand, passion for experimentation, and inability to be deterred by my own limitations come through to help me achieve my why. So what is my why? I believe in teaching, coaching, and guiding others to feel confident they can reduce uncertainty by facing ambiguity without the fear of being wrong, but rather, with the inspiration to learn knowing failure will happen. Right and wrong will give way to learning and curiosity. I believe in challenging the way we form relationships with our customers. Understanding the strategy of our business with deep knowledge about customer problems, we can strengthen the relationships between businesses and customers. We do this by using creative mixed research and strategy methodologies, in triangulation with digital data, to produce insights, leading product development, together, as one team. To me, this is how we marry business objectives with customer needs, with inspiring story-telling.
